How long does it take to receive your furniture?
(If I order a sofa how long will it take to receive it?)

Depending on the manufacturer, your furniture delivery will be made in approximately 30-60 days. When you buy from Wells, we will deliver your  furniture to you within a 30-minute window, guaranteed. Also enjoy our White Glove Delivery Service on all upholstery items.


Does Wells Home Furnishings have sales?

We offer the best price all day, every day. We are confident that our prices are the lowest in the United States, and if a lower price is found, we will match it! We have our Clearance Closet on the second floor for below cost items.


Can I purchase a sofa or any other item off the floor today?

Since we specialize in custom-ordered furnishings, several of the floor samples in our 30,000 square foot showroom are not available for immediate delivery.


However, We  always have many  sofas available for purchase right off the showroom floor. We have a wonderful selection of rugs, accents, and accessory items in the showroom that are available for immediate purchase.


Does Wells offer financing?

Yes, we do! Everyday Wells offers 0% interest for 6 months up to $2,000 with approved credit, with purchases from $2,000-$4,000 receive 9 months with 0% interest, and 12 months with 0% interest on purchases over $4,000. Click here and get pre-approved today!


Where does Wells deliver, and is there a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery in the Charleston area, and a minimal delivery charge is added outside this area. All deliveries are made by appointment, and we guarantee delivery within a 30-minute window. Wherever you live in the United States, we can arrange delivery to you.


Does Wells offer design services?

Does Wells carry baby and youth furniture?

At Wells, you’ll find the largest youth gallery in West Virginia, featuring a splendid variety of cribs and “built to grow” youth furniture that is Green Guard certified and made in the United States. Check out our youth selection.


Does Wells remove old furniture?

Yes we do! We donate your old furniture to the Charleston Furniture Bank For families in need, so please be sure all furniture is in donatable condition.
